2. Art and science

Communications is art and science:

It´s a science because you need expertise to develop a good strategy, mind map or products (e.g. website, report, video), or to carry out certain activities (e.g. press conference, workshop, campaign).

It´s an art because you need to know people – what will engage your target audiences to foster change? The art of being creative as well as compelling is also needed to keep your audience engaged.
