Use and empower professional communicators:

Not everyone is an expert on climate change or public health. But everyone can call themselves “a communicator” to some extent. Nonetheless, use trained communicators to carry out communications. They are experts in their fields, and can dedicate their time to communications, rather than fitting it in somehow around their other tasks. Empower them to do their jobs. They shouldn´t be at the bottom of the organizational ladder.
