5. Attention grabbers

We are competing for people´s attention:

We live in an Information Age. Society today faces an information overload. It´s everywhere. And we are competing with others to get people´s attention.

That puts the burden on the communicator – not on the audience – to make sure the communications make sense and are engaging.

Otherwise, nobody will be reading that report or viewing that video. And you will never reach your goal.
