Use a pyramid approach for information:
So you´ve made a strategy, organized your information, simplified your language, and identified your main messages and body of information. Now it´s time to pyramid your information – otherwise, it´s too much for your audience.
At the top, start with short, clear and broad messages. Then encourage the user to go into more detail with more options as you go down a pyramid.
For example, in communicating your project, at the top is a general statement about the goals and actions of your project. Next, go into one of the actions in more detail. Next, go into what results you expect from that action. Next, how you will evaluate the results. And so on…
