Projects and organizations need to present basic information:

Understanding what a project or organization is doing and why is seldom completely clear to all inside staff, let alone outsiders and stakeholders.

This needs to be communicated through basic products such as Fact Sheets and websites, and updated regularly by staff dedicated to this task.

It sounds basic, but it´s seldom done.
