UNDP/GEF Danube Regional Project website

• Organization: United Nations Development Programme/Global Environment Facility
• Purpose: $15 million project with a diverse set of 82 activities aimed at reducing nutrient and chemical pollution to the Danube River and Black Sea.
• My role: Clearly communicate the goals, activities and results of the project to multiple audiences.
• Strategic approach:
  • The strategy reduced the complex project down to six main themes.
  • All content was uploaded onto the project website, with descriptions of everything the project did related to each theme, including products (e.g. stories, reports, publications) and activities (e.g. financial grants to NGOs, media outreach).
  • A publication was produced showcasing 15 years of international cooperation (e.g. with EU, ICPDR and countries) in the Danube River Basin.
